Oakdale “Spring Classic” Duathlon Results
It was an awesome day Last Saturday as over 350 athletes participated in the Oakdale “Spring Classic” Duathloon. The 3 mile run/14 mile bike and 2.5 mile Run was won by David Thompson with 1:03:45 and Tracy Berreyn with 1:21:44. Complete results are at http://www.frontrunnerusa.com/our-events/results

The Manitou Sprint Triathlon is now a FrontRunner Event
This awesome new event was just added to FrontRunner’s multisport calendar. The Manitou Sprint Triathlon – FrontRunner s owner Randy Fulton was Race Director of The Manitou Sprint Triathlon during the 1990s when he worked for the YMCA. This event consists of a 1/2 mile swim, 14 mile bike and 3 mile run. The Manitou Sprint Triathlon will take place at Ramsey County Beach in White Bear Lake on Sunday, June 9 http://www.frontrunnerusa.com/event/manitou-sprint-triathlon Registration is open!!
