Are you ready for the weekend? The annual Manitou Triathlon is the Sunday on White Bear Lake. Choose from a sprint or olympic distance. Everything starts and finishes at White Bear Lake County Park – an 8:30 start. Hope to see you there. Info can be found at Midwest Multisport Races

Square Lake weekend is her
The Square Lake Triathlon is this weekend north of Stillwater. The 70.3 race starts at 7:00 am Saturday morning. The Sprint race starts at 8:00 on Sunday. This is the 23rd year for the Sprint and 22 years for the 70.3. Results will be posted here.
One Last Tri this next Sunday in White Bear Lake
You have one more chance to get in your triathlon experience this summer. Sunday, September 18 at Ramsey County Beach on White Bear Lake. sign up for the sprint, Olympic or aqua bike. More info is at Midwest Multisport races
It’s Turtleman Weekend!!
We will be at the Turtleman Triathlon this weekend providing timing and results. The Shoreview event, put on by Midwest Multisport Races, has both a Sprint and Olympic distance race, Registration is still open if you have not signed up yet. Here is list of those racing this Saturday.

Although FrontRunner timing any races this weekend, there are still many events to chose from. Here are a few.
Tonight July 14 – short notice but a great event is the Park Point 5 Miler run and 2 mile walk in Duluth, MN. This is the 50th anniversary of this event pit on by the people from Grandma’s Marathon.
July 16 – Zen & Paws 5K Fun Run/Walk in Onalaska, WI (by La Crosse)
July 17 – Buzz Ryan Triathlon in Duluth. this event offers the Buzz (500 yard Swim, 10 Mile Bike, 2.5 mile Run) and the Half-Buzzed (250 yard Swim, 5 mile Bike, 1.25 mile Run). We’e timed this event in th past and know it is a great race.

Who’s going to the Half Fast tomorrow?
