The weather couldn’t have been sweeter for the Great Pumpkin Chase last weekend at the Lake Elmo Park Reserve.  Kirk Dewindt and Leah Pustovar were the winners in the 10K and Bennett Isabella and Emma Handlos were the fist finishers in the 5K.  30 runners took the challege of running both events (double Up) and the overall finishers were Bennett Isabella and Tara Reddinger-Adams.  Complete results can be found at http://www.frontrunnerusa.com/our-events/results.

The 12th annual Trees and Trails 5K was held Saturday, September 21 in Mahtomedi MN.  Brain Maas won the men’s division with a time of 20:14.  Leia Ritt won the female division with a time of 23:00.  Complete results can be found at http://www.frontrunnerusa.com/our-events/results/treesandtrailsresults2013
